Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days after the order is delivered. Unfortunately, if 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot accept your return. Merchandise may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, unwashed and unworn, with the tags still attached.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS INCLUDE:

- Any sale/ discounted items or holiday items

- Accessories and jewelry

- Hats, headbands and intimates

- Shoes

- Purses, bags or wallets

- Custom orders 

- Pre-order's

- Leggings and camis's

- Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back before contacting M5 Boutique.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Any items purchased at shows and/ or in person are final.

IN-STORE CREDIT

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed as store credit and emailed to you as a gift card. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at mym5boutique@gmail.com and send your item to 10468 S. 4380 Rd, Welch, OK 74369, United States.

Refund

 We will offer a refund if the item is damaged when or we make a mistake regarding your order; all other refunds will be in store credit.
